How do credits work?
One balance, one meter. 1,000 credits is a minute of speech; 200 is a minute of transcription. Nothing is metered per seat, per voice or per request.
What happens to unused credits?
The monthly allowance resets at the start of each period. Credit packs bought separately never expire and are spent only after the monthly allowance runs out.
