Legal Notice

Last updated: 2026-10-23. Version 3.8.

0. At a glance (non-binding)

This page tells you who runs audexum.com, how to reach us, and which authorities supervise us. It exists because Bulgarian law (Закон за електронната търговия, чл. 4, implementing Article 5 of Directive 2000/31/EC) requires a trader selling at a distance to publish this information before you contract with it.

Read this part first: Audexum is currently operated by a natural person established in Bulgaria, not by a company. Audexum EOOD is being incorporated. Until the entry is made in the Bulgarian Commercial Register, there is no company for you to contract with, and this page shows no UIC and no VAT number, because neither exists yet.

1. Who operates this service

  • Trading name: Audexum
  • Operator: a natural person established in Bulgaria, trading as Audexum. Referred to below as the “Operator”, “we”, “us”
  • Place of establishment: Bulgaria
  • Website: audexum.com
  • Activity: text-to-speech and speech-to-text software, provided over the web, through our Android and Windows applications, and through our public API.

The Operator’s full personal name and correspondence address are given on request to any customer, court, supervisory authority or payment provider that asks for them. Write to [email protected].

2. Registration details

No company registration number is shown on this page because there is no registration yet. Incorporation of Audexum EOOD is in progress. When the entry is made in the Bulgarian Commercial Register, this page will carry the registered seat and the UIC (ЕИК), and the version number at the top of this page will change.

We would rather show you this than a company name that no register would return. In the meantime, your contract is with the natural person described in section 1, and that person is personally liable for it.

3. How to contact us

Email reaches us fastest. Each address below has been tested and delivers. Please use the one that matches your subject — mail sent to any other address at our domain does not exist and will bounce.

Use this forAddress
Contracts, complaints, billing disputes, service of legal notices, and anything not covered below[email protected]
Privacy, data protection, and requests about your personal data[email protected]
Security vulnerabilities and suspected compromise of an account[email protected]
Reports of illegal, infringing or abusive content hosted or generated on our service[email protected]

We do not publish a telephone number. We answer email, and email is the channel on which we accept notices.

4. VAT status

We hold no VAT number and we do not charge VAT. The price you see on the pricing page is the whole amount we take from your card. No VAT is added at checkout, and our receipts do not show a VAT line, because there is none to show.

If we become VAT-registered, the number will appear here and prices for consumers will continue to be shown VAT-inclusive, as EU consumer pricing rules require. See our refund policy for how payments and refunds are handled.

5. Responsibility for content

The Operator named in section 1 is responsible for all editorial content on audexum.com, including the marketing pages, the documentation and the blog.

Audio, text and files that users create with, upload to, or publish through the service are their content, not ours. We do not review it before it is generated or published. If you believe something a user has published through our service is illegal or infringes your rights, tell us at [email protected] or through our reporting page, and we will act on it.

7. Data protection supervisory authority

If you are unhappy with how we handle your personal data, you can complain to us at [email protected], and you can complain to the supervisory authority at any time:

  • Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни)
  • 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, Bulgaria
  • www.cpdp.bg · [email protected]

You may also complain to the supervisory authority in the EU country where you live or work. What we do with your data is set out in our privacy policy.

8. Consumer protection authority and disputes

If you are a consumer in the EU, your statutory rights apply in full and nothing on this site takes them away. Bring a complaint to us first at [email protected] — it is the fastest route and we would rather fix it than argue about it.

If we cannot resolve it, you can contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (Комисия за защита на потребителите): kzp.bg. You can also use the consumer protection or alternative dispute resolution body in the country where you live, and you can go to court there.

We are not currently signed up to any alternative dispute resolution scheme, and we do not claim to be.
